WOW, production and delivery has been nothing short of a nightmare. Don't upload your artwork with the order. It never makes it to associate with the order. Even after multiple conversations with customer service to adjust the order, no one said the artwork did not upload properly. Even after you re-upload the artwork and try to approve it, it does not work initially. Then if you follow the direction in the email to simply replay with approval of the proof, that is not good enough for them. They do not read the email approving the proof and you have to go back to the website and do it again. After all of this, they said they would waive shipping charges and send 1st day UPS, only to ship it UPS ground and estimated delivery is Dec 18 or Dec 19. My team meeting at the new site under construction is December 19 at 10:30am so if they do not arrive on the 18th, then I will not have them in time for the meeting. Even if they do arrive on the 18th, i then have to scramble to get them ready by the 19th. When I asked about this, the customer service rep said he would try to make sure I received them in time. I used this company because they said they would be delivered by December 15, 2023, when I placed the order. If you do order from them, make sure you check, double check and triple check every item because what they tell you and what they do is not the same. Sadly disappointed.
